This report documents how the BKB EMAS parenting programme was delivered through the MC4YC initiative in two contrasting contexts: urban Depok (West Java) and rural Timor Tengah Utara (TTU), East Nusa Tenggara. Covering March–September 2025, it analyzes implementation processes, cadre capacity strengthening, father engagement efforts, government involvement, and urban–rural adaptations. The report distills practical lessons and operational standards for scaling BKB EMAS with fidelity, ensuring that nurturing care and responsive caregiving can be embedded within local systems, budgets, and routine services
